Pass it to Flash

  1. Aftermath

“I took you over to the house of a friend of mine. She’s out of town with her family, but they said I could use the house if I needed.” Jessie made her way over to try and get a look at Peter’s wounds. “As for how whatever happened to you went… you’d have to ask my brother about that. He was really vague on most of the details. Not that his ears were helping him at all, and I was really getting tired of all the yelling.” Shifting her weight from one leg to the other she crossed her arms. “You sure you’re feeling ok to be walking around though. You had been beat up pretty bad.”
Peter nodded and waved off her concern. “Yeah, yeah—you’re Flash’s sister?” he asks, raising a brow. There’s no way, she seemed like one of the nicest people he’d met—or at least, one of the most caring, especially towards someone she didn’t even know. (He knew that was a little unfair to Flash, because he’s gotten better, but after years of being bullied by the blond, Peter was a little biased. Unfairly so, but he was.)

“Yes I’m Flash’s sister.” Jessie rolled her eyes at the question. “Since you’re up and feeling a bit better, I might as well make sure you get fed. I could make you eggs or probably pancakes.” Jessie shrugged. “They didn’t leave much food here though, so I’ll have to wake my brother up to go pick up what’s not here.”

  2. Aftermath

Jessie got up off a couch in the living room at the sound of Peter’s voice. Looking over her older brother, she couldn’t help but sigh. He had managed to drift into an uneasy sleep only a while ago, and she didn’t feel like waking him just yet.

This isn’t going to be fun at all…

“Coming.” Jessie made her way towards the voice knowing he must be feeling a little lost by this point. “I hope you’re feeling at least a bit better after whatever happened to you.”

Peter’s brow furrowed. He recognized this woman, but only vaguely—his mind was too fuzzy to really recall. “Uhm. Where am I—?” he asks instead of answering her, eyes drifting over the houses features. It was a relatively nice place, really. He had to wonder why she took him here instead of a hospital, like anyone else in their right mind would. After all, he could only assume that she’d at least witnessed the fight between him and Venom—even though the details of which weren’t presenting themselves to the forefront of his at the moment. “Is everyone okay—? Nobody got hurt—?”

  3. Aftermath

    spidiophile:

Peter does not wake so much as teeter on the edge of consciousness until his head clears. He isn’t sure how long that is, exactly, until he’s coherent enough to push himself up and look around. He doesn’t recognize the house, but whoever brought him here had made sure to make him comfortable, at least. He scrubs a hand down his face, trying to sort through murky memories of Venom, and Flash, and some lady that had taken care of him. (A nurse? His mind suggests, but he shakes that notion off. It she were a nurse, then he would be in a hospital right now, not a home.)

After a few minutes of dazed half-confusion, Peter decides to push himself up and cautiously look around. He’s a little dizzy on his feet, but a part of his mind supplies that it’s better than it was, and for that, he’s grateful. “Hello…?” he calls, shuffling down a hallway. “Is anybody here…?”

    Sup, man?

Nothin’ much. *sighs* Just kinda stuck in place right now. I’d rather nobody ask… but I’m sure you’ll all know ‘bout it soon enough.

How many oranges does it take to get into the Spider-Man fanclub?

It doesn’t usually cost anything to get in. *puts on shades* But I’ll make an exception for oranges. *smirks* The cost depends on how badly you wanna get in. You give me a number, and I’ll try to jip you out of as many oranges as I can get.

  8. Sibling Discontent

Flash paced back in forth in the cold night air. Giving his sister his shirt had left him a bit chilled, and all that had happened earlier hadn’t exactly left his mind at ease.

That thing had control of Harry… I can’t exactly tell anyone about this… but I can’t exactly leave him like that either.

  10. ((The virus seems to be slowing down a bit. Not that any of their accounts could even find me… which is really saying something -_- … Anyways, I’m going to opening my ask box back up for you guys since I’m sure I can handle it. Once this full set of prosing gets finished, I’ll be ready for so many asks. Which will probably be one or two over a span of a few weeks, but I’ll be quite happy and treasure them all.

Flash is now open and ready to continue with life as “unusual”
